GLEE is a recruitment data enrichment SaaS platform operated by Advisory Ace. We provide tools that help recruitment professionals extract, discover, and enrich candidate and company data to streamline their hiring workflows.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use GLEE:

• Account Information: Your email address and password (stored in hashed form; we never store plaintext passwords).
• Usage History: Records of lookups performed, tool usage patterns, and lookup balances.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers or bank details on our servers. Razorpay may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and maintain the GLEE platform and its enrichment tools.
• Process payments and manage your lookup balance.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.
• Improve and optimize our platform and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate GLEE:

• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication.
• Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.
