Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
GLEE operates on a pay-per-use model with no subscriptions, contracts, or recurring charges. There is no subscription to cancel. You purchase lookup units as needed, and they remain in your account until used. You are free to stop using the platform at any time without penalty.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience on GLEE. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Unused lookups: If you have purchased lookups and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Partially used lookups: If you have used some lookups from a purchased package, a refund may be issued for the unused portion at our discretion, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- Used lookups: Lookups that have already been consumed (i.e., an enrichment operation was initiated) are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
- Failed transactions: If a payment was charged but lookups were not added to your account due to a technical error, we will either add the lookups to your account or issue a full refund.
Note: Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@advisoryace.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address on GLEE.
- The date of the purchase.
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request.
4. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
