1. Service Description

GLEE is a recruitment data enrichment SaaS platform operated by Advisory Ace. The platform provides professional recruitment tools including:

• Text Extraction: Extract structured candidate data from unstructured text sources.
• Domain Discovery: Identify company domains and associated professional information.
• Phone Enrichment: Enrich candidate profiles with verified phone contact data.

These tools are designed exclusively for professional recruitment and talent acquisition use cases.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Usage-Based Billing

GLEE operates on a pay-per-use model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

• Each data enrichment operation consumes one lookup unit from your balance.
• Lookups are purchased in advance through our packages page via Razorpay.
• Purchased lookups do not expire and remain in your account until used.
• Lookup consumption is final once an enrichment operation is initiated, regardless of the result returned.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

GLEE is intended solely for professional recruitment and talent acquisition purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond normal usage.
• Share your account access with unauthorized users.
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or contact individuals for non-recruitment purposes.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through GLEE without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The GLEE platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Advisory Ace. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

GLEE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Advisory Ace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data returned by our enrichment tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisory Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GLEE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any unused lookups in your account at the time of termination due to a terms violation are forfeited.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of GLEE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
